That's a great question! When making decisions for your business, you only have so much time, money, and energy to spare, so I can certainly understand wondering if this is the right next step for you.

What I can tell you is this.  Events can be life-changing for both you and the members of your community (I'm guessing you know this or you wouldn't be on this page), so if you're feeling called to play on that next level, and you want your team to bring their A game, this is an excellent step in getting there.

This is not a good fit for entrepreneurs who are in the early stages of their businesses. At that point, you’re still figuring out your offerings, defining your ideal clients, and building a community, and that takes work! There’s no need to add live event production to your plate at that time, too.

After you’ve gone through those stages of business, come on back! I’ll be here and ready to help you when the right time comes.

This is also not a good fit for people who like to wing it. Private Workshops are all about understanding the steps and creating a repeatable system so you can execute a world-class event with less stress, and that can’t happen if you’re committed to improvising as you go.

Finally, this is not a good fit for people with a negative mindset. If you’re constantly stuck with doubt and fear, the live event planning and production process will not make life any easier for you. This process does take effort, so it must be approached with energy and confidence.

I'll personally coach you and your team through each step of picturing, planning and producing your live event.

1. We'll start by uncovering why you're hosting an event for your community and for your business; it'll give us a compass for everything that comes next.  
2. We'll move on to building the experience: your agenda.  
3. Next we'll create your communication plan so that you know what to say before, during, and after your event.  
4. Then we'll identify what support team needs you'll have.  
5. We'll talk money so you know exactly where it's coming in and going out.  (Peace of mind is a beautiful thing.)  
6. We'll dive deep into event management so you know how (and have the tools) to manage the project.  
7. And finally, we'll wrap up with coaching on what to do onsite at your event, to eliminate problems before they're problems (such a beautiful thing.) 

All the worksheets and tools you'll need to support your planning efforts are included as well as video recordings of trainings on each topic above, so your team can revisit key concepts when the need arises.

You'll get feedback each step of the way, know your doing it right, and ensure results.

Private Workshops are two full days.  We'll go from 9am until 5pm each day.

World-class events aren't magical unicorns... they are pictured, planned and produced one step at a time.  During our two days together, we'll move through the 7 essential steps that when you get dialed in will actually make you feel fully supported and at ease!

Each step will start with a customized core concept training followed by guided group discussions, silent brainstorming, and time for implementation.

The work your team will do during the private workshop can be a total gamechanger. The entire process is going to make you think about your business and your community in a way you likely haven't thought before, and you're going to gain insights and lay tracks that extend way beyond this point in time.

We're usually booking about four to six weeks in advance, but sometimes teams need a tight turnaround and so we try our best to accommodate your schedule.  We'll discuss availability after you complete the booking form below.

Private Workshops are most effective when the group size is between 2 and 20 people.  Anywhere in that range is excellent and it really depends on how many people you need to attend your workshop.

Private workshops are virtual, and held over Zoom, so we can all see and hear each other and interact.
