A Note From Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah Fefjar, the creator of Live Event Academy™.
I help influencers start or scale world-class virtual & in-person events in their businesses.
Here’s the thing - like you, I didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming an event planner.
Instead, I fell into it. Producing world-class events wasn’t in my job description, but when the need arose at my company, I thought I could do a good job at it, so I stepped up and took on the challenge.
Little did I know, that choice would add up to over 16+ years spent learning the art of producing live events. I learned through curiosity, and questioning, and testing, and trying, and honestly, rolling up my sleeves and doing the work.
Somewhere along the way, I became intensely passionate about live events! They’re now my favorite thing to work on.
I’m also a wife, mother, and entrepreneur myself, so I understand the struggles of leveling up a business while simultaneously keeping lots of other plates spinning. I understand the desire to do something new and the need to figure it out quickly.
Do you know what I came to appreciate the most during my entrepreneurial journey?
Training that is organized and practical - like step by step - because that’s what I need when I’m in the thick of things and want answers. But I also want the ‘why’ behind those tactics, because I don’t know about you, but the lessons I learn stick better when I also know why.
You may be asking yourself, “but why coach? Why not just stay in the event planning world?”
I’ll tell you. It’s because the course of my life changed by attending ONE live event. It was that powerful.
After my passion for picturing, planning, and producing live events collided with being transformed as a guest at an influencer’s live event, I knew I had to pass this skill and system onto other entrepreneurs.
And so Live Event Academy™ was born.
